For your foam:
Remove the inner foam and wash by hand, in the washing machine at 30°C or in clean, warm water with neutral PH soap.
Allow to air dry, do not tumble dry to preserve the foam technique.
You can also use a helmet cleaner to refresh the inside of your helmet on a daily basis.
Avoid using detergents or solvents.

For your helmet shell:
Use a microfiber cloth to remove dust and avoid scratches during maintenance.
For daily maintenance: Lightly dampen your cloth with a helmet cleaner or some water with or without PH neutral soap.
Caution, for helmets covered with cloth material, use a soft brush to dust the helmet without damaging it.
Strictly avoid the use of detergents or solvents.
